This is really one sequence with an action break. In the first we see Heinz (Turturro) throw his mother out the window. This is intercut with the reaction of those on the ground and their efforts to pursue him. The who sequence is intercut between the pursuit on the rooftop and the action on the ground. So it's not really a "chase". There's a break at one point when the two pursuers argue about the gun and the pursuit resumes. This section I truncated. The sequence ends with the confrontation of the villian.
